3M 02230 Green Corps Stikit 2-3/4' x 16-1/2' 80D Grit Production Sheet is made of a blend of minerals that are used to increase the abrasive life and it has a faster cut rate when it is used on the plastic filler. These Green abrasives are built on D and E weight backing, which makes the product durable for sanding paint, metal or fiberglass. It’s open coat construction reduces the loading on fresh filler. It is built for tough sanding jobs in collision repair. The coarse grade ceramic and aluminum oxide blend is resin bonded to durable D-weight paper backing to resist heat and loading. The file sheets are best for shaping plastic filler and putty, paint removal and scratch refinement on bare metal. The product has pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing.
