The three-dimensional mineral abrasive structures are distributed uniformly across the disc surface and wear evenly for consistent finishes, longer disc life and reduced material costs. These foam backed discs were developed as part of the 3M Perfect-It Paint Finishing System. Its patterned, precise mineral structures give a combination of fast cut and a consistent finish. The product’s long lasting, even-wearing abrasive can reduce or eliminate extra materials or even full stages of specific cases. The Hookit attachment allows fast, easy change outs with soft interface pads. These discs surpass other discs due to their pyramid abrasives. The points that are part of the pyramid wear down at an even rate, which expose fresh, sharp abrasives. Thus, the pattern results have an even finish. When the paint is applied over the blended area, the paint lays down evenly and then the scratches do not show through. Quantity: 15 discs per box.
